Collection of 6 high end, semi-detached, 2 and 3 bedroom new build houses. The land was purchased in August 2019 and the build was completed in April 2021.

Brickmort Developments worked with Stevenage Refurbishments Ltd to construct 6 new build houses in the heart of lively Ware town. We wanted to create homes that fit in with Ware’s historic yet upbeat vibe, replicating the arched window brickwork found on many of the older houses externally, but keeping the interior fresh and open. Less than a three minute walk away from the town centre, and less than a 10 minute walk away from Ware station (with direct links to London Liverpool Street), the location along with the outstanding finish of these properties resulted in all of them under offer before completion of the site.

Attention to detail was the focus of this build which is apparent when you walk into the houses. The high end finishing’s and well thought out materials emulate contemporary but comfortable living with the plush carpets and well though out design. We kept the kitchens and living rooms open plan for a sociable and spacious feel with bifold doors leading out to the gardens creating a fresh and flowing atmosphere. All of the luxury houses come with high gloss kitchens and integrated appliances with quartz work tops and overhead light features.
